I will agree with some of the reviews that the aircon is a bit average however Texas is hot so it is working hard. As far as location it's about a 10 minute Uber and an hour walk into the city to a lot of popular Austin spots so if you don't want to catch a lot of ubers or walk this may not be the spot for you.
