I will agree with some of the reviews that the aircon is a bit average however Texas is hot so it is working hard. As far as location it's about a 10 minute Uber and an hour walk into the city to a lot of popular Austin spots so if you don't want to catch a lot of ubers or walk this may not be the spot for you. Very nice hotel, loved the atmosphere especially the garden and the library. Very cool vibe.Studio was clean and large.
